I'm equally impressed by that walk-off triple to end the game by Rollins. Bottom of the ninth, one out? That is legendary last-minute clutch right there
ReplyDeleteBut yeah Ryan Howard is pretty good. Although I can't take him as seriously now that my roommate pointed out he looks kinda like Tracy Morgan.
Howard never showed up for the world series. Left us in Philly pretty disappointed. It wasn't too bad when A-rod was slumping, but once he had his "Juices" flowing, howard just never woke up.

ReplyDeleteStill, you've made consecutive World Series and won the last one, so your grace period still applies. I'm no Yankees fan, but they did play pretty well in the postseason.
haha yes yes. I'm no even a big baseball fan. I'm a hockey guy. I live and die by my Flyers, so I'm not as disappointed as others.
