USA Men's slow-pitch softball
This Saturday I watched USA Men's slow pitch softball on ESPN. This guy provided a much funnier analysis.

But we'll sure as hell talk about it anyways...
The international rules are exactly the same as your local rec league, so it was a little enjoyable to follow. The most interesting aspect is the 10 Home Run limit, so part of Team USA's strategy is to use the 10 home runs to score at least 30 runs. Early in the game a Canadian accidentally scored only a two-run homer.
ReplyDeleteWoah there dude, gotta fix the image
ReplyDeleteWait a minute, what happens after 10 home runs?
How many total runs do these teams usually score in a game?
After 10 home runs, it's an out. The image worked initially, but apparently Army images are in the public domain and I shouldn't hotlink.
