Adrian Peterson is a Man
Adrian Peterson had the manliest touchdown run I've ever seen yesterday against the Browns. He made no fewer than 4 grown men look like children

This raised the question - is Peterson a monster or a beast? Current favorite is monster, because he knows how to channel his beastliness. Man I love the NFL
ReplyDeleteAdrian Peterson is Adrian Peterson - nothing less, nothing more (can there be anything more?). I remember laughing giddily like a child while watching that run live, and then doing the same while watching its replay 10+ times.
ReplyDeleteHe tosses that one tackler away with one arm like the dude's a ragdoll! And then he stiff arms the guy who gets back up, just to make him feel bad. I am never going to get tired of this clip, ever
ReplyDeleteI would agree with the Monster title. He is focused on a goal regardless of what others put in his way. Shawne Merriman, circa 2007, was a Beast, where he caused a general chaos and was often uncontrollable. Much like Junior Seau in his prime.
ReplyDeleteThe only difference being that Merriman's Beastliness might very well have been PED-induced, whereas Peterson's Beastliness appears to come purely from his Beastly Heart.
ReplyDeleteor, his thirst for foursomes...the world may never know...
