  1. This one gets some radio play but I don't really know much about the band, only that the song has been in my head for a while now. Not quite sure what to call this genre of song?

  2. I'm ok with it. I thought i was going to like it...but i didn't like the ending.

    I feel it ended weakly

  3. I think I agree with Aaron - the ending really ruins it for me. It would have been a solid 4/5 up until then. However, the introduction of the piano at the expense of the drums really kills it for me. I give this 3/5 Happy Faces.

  4. I completely agree with both of you about the ending. I love the beginning of the song through the middle, during which time I think it builds really well. I wish I understood music so I could analyze this better, but basically the tempo gets faster in the choruses (and the pitch of the singer gets higher?) which gives the sense of the song building towards something.

However, instead of getting faster and punching home a dramatic bridge or finale at the end, the song sputters and fades. They go with a melodic singing accompanied by piano, which like Scott says doesn't really do it for me. Such a haunting and unique sound created before that time; it's a shame it didn't pay off better.

Still I keep re-listening to the first 2:30 of the song. Really enjoy that.
