This has a dubious connection to tech, but I thought it was pretty cool

    Haha good point... I still think Lamborghini style butterfly doors look cooler when not in active use because they get attention when they're just standing there.

    The disappearing door would make tight parking spaces easier. It also looks kinda like your car just doesn't have a door though...

    True, that's also a good look. In fact Mercedes is reviving that look with their new Mercedes SLS AMG "Gullwing", which I saw on the road for the first time two weeks ago. Very cool looking. Nothing beats the DeLorean though.

    Totally agree... I kept waiting for something really ridiculous yet deadpan to happen from a comedy standpoint. The video style is halfway to an SNL skit.
