That is factually correct.
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of strings overlaid on top of a basic beat, as evidenced by Bittersweet Symphony being one of my favorite songs from a music point of view. Therefore, I was super excited for this song after hearing the cello in the intro, and I think this song delivers from a musicality perspective. The interweaving of the rhythms of the cello (and later the violin) and the drums is awesome, and really makes the song.
